Parent Prayer Group

Please come meet in the library on Monday mornings at 8:15 a.m. to pray for our children, teachers, families, and school. If you need prayer, please drop your request in the prayer box in the office.

Science Fair

Science Fair packets are being sent home today. Please read them carefully and note the deadlines. The Science Fair and our Open House will be held on Tuesday, March 2, from 5:30-7:30 p.m., and not on March 9, as stated in the school calendar. We need some parents to help us set up on March 1, from 8:00-12:00 a.m., and clean up after the event on March 2. If you can help, please come by the office to sign up. Thank you.

8th Grade Families

These are the dates for parent/student information nights at the local high schools. More information will follow.

Del Oro High: Tuesday, February 9 at 6:30 p.m. in the gym.
Sports night is May 10, at 7:00 p.m.

Placer High: Monday, March 15,
Eighth grade student packets will be ready to pick up next week in the office.

Colfax High: Wednesday, February 10,
students may attend during the day for tours and information and the Colfax parent information night is that evening in the gym.

Scrip Cards

Don’t forget to buy your scrip cards! This is a great program and an easy way to support our school. There is a complete list of participating vendors in the office. See’s Candy

Pre-K Program

We are excited to announce our new Pre-K program which will be starting on January 5 . We are still enrolling. Enrollment forms are available in the school office. Please tell your friends and neighbors. Thank you!

After School Care

We wish to welcome Diane Little aboard. She is taking Christina Threshie’s position in the After School Care Program. She has worked at the church for many years, and is a wonderful addition to our staff.
